Interpipe appoints Gamal Nassef as Vice President of Technical Sales, Eastern Hemisphere

Steel pipe manufacturer Interpipe has announced the appointment of Gamal Nassef as Vice President of Technical Sales, Eastern Hemisphere. Nassef brings over 25 years of international leadership experience in the steel pipe and OCTG sectors.

Interpipe stated that throughout his career, Gamal Nassef has held senior management positions at global companies such as ArcelorMittal, Tenaris, Hunting PLC, and National Oilwell Varco (NOV). His extensive experience covers technical sales, market development, and the delivery of tailored solutions for oil and gas operations.

It was highlighted that Nassef has led commercial and technical teams across various markets and has a strong track record in building customer relationships, particularly with National and International Oil Companies (NOC/IOC), as well as driving strategic growth in highly competitive environments.

In his new role, Gamal Nassef will lead Technical Sales and Field Service teams across the Eastern Hemisphere. His responsibilities will include providing high level technical support to the global sales organization, strengthening strategic partnerships, and standardizing service quality across the region.

Interpipe Commercial Director Afif Najjar stated that Nassef’s leadership experience will strengthen the company’s global position, and commented: “Gamal’s executive leadership and deep industry expertise will further reinforce our global leadership in steel pipe manufacturing and enhance our ability to deliver value-driven solutions to our international customers.”
