International Steel Rolling Symposium ISRS 2025 started in İskenderun

ISRS - 3rd International Steel Rolling Symposium, one of the important meeting points of the steel industry, opened its doors for the third time today in İskenderun.

International Steel Rolling Symposium ISRS 2025 started in İskenderun

Organized by METEM with the motto “Rolling Steel with Technology and Future on Trust”, the symposium brings together the leading local and foreign representatives of the sector on 29-30 May 2025.

During the two-day event, many topics such as hot and cold rolling technologies, annealing furnaces, regenerative burners, digitalization, R&D-based product development, energy efficiency and sustainability practices will be discussed. Innovative presentations on predictive maintenance, software and automation systems and auxiliary equipment will also take place at the symposium.

The symposium, hosted by İskenderun, offers an important platform for both information sharing and the development of sectoral collaborations. Aiming to further strengthen Türkiye's global role in steel production, ISRS 2025 stands out with its visionary structure that brings industry and science together.
