Indian rebar exports increased

India's rebar exports rose 60.68% to 1.02 mnt in fiscal 2022 (Apr'21-Mar'22), compared to 0.64 mnt in the same period last year, according to data recently released by customs.
The largest importer was Hong Kong with 0.51 mnt, followed by Singapore with 0.22 mnt.
In addition, import volumes increased by 25% month on month to 0.05 mnt in March'22 compared to 0.04 mnt in February'22.
