On June 15, India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced its final countervailing duty (CVD) decision following an inspection of welded steel pipes originating from or exported from China and Vietnam.
India has decided to continue CVD measures against these two countries for another five years.
The CVD rate for China was set at 29.88% and for Vietnam at 0%-11.96%.
The products in question were listed with the following codes;
73064000, 73066100, 73066900, 73041110, 73041190, 73044100, 73045110, 73049000, 73051129, 73059099, 73061100, 7306, 2100, 73062919, 73063090, 73065000, 73069011, 73069019 and 73069090.
