Turkey's hot rolled coil (HRC) exports amounted to approximately 45,000 tons in January 2023, a decrease of 32% compared to December 2022 and a decrease of 67% compared to January 2022.
In hot rolled coil exports, Greece amounted to about 10,200 tons, Macedonia about 10,000 tons and Albania about 4,400 tons. Exports to Greece increased by 237.5% y-o-y, while exports to Albania increased by 88.1% y-o-y.
Export value decreased by 31% m-o-m and 75% y-o-y to USD 30.8 million.
