Hoa Sen Group has launched its new product

Production took place at the Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory. This development marks a significant milestone in the group's technology-driven growth strategy, its goal of enhancing product quality, and its vision to strengthen its leadership in the coated sheet sector in Vietnam and the region.

Hoa Sen Mag Shield stands out as a product that meets stringent technical requirements, offers high aesthetic appeal, and provides long-term durability. The product offers an ideal solution for a wide range of applications, from national-scale projects to structures meeting international standards.

This special product is manufactured by processing high-quality steel base material with a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy coating using state-of-the-art continuous hot-dip galvanizing technology. This alloy provides 3 to 5 times higher resistance to corrosion and rust, and up to twice as hard a coating surface compared to traditional galvanized steel. The product offers superior protection in harsh environmental conditions, making it an ideal material for infrastructure and high-standard construction projects.

Thanks to the ZAM alloy, the product stands out not only for its durability, but also for its formability, aesthetic appearance, and coating hardness. This makes Hoa Sen Mag Shield suitable for a wide range of applications, from residential buildings to industrial facilities and infrastructure projects.

Self-Renewing Protective Layer

One of the most notable features that sets Hoa Sen Mag Shield apart from its competitors is its self-renewing protective mechanism. The magnesium in the coating can form a new protective layer on cut edges or holes that may occur during installation. This feature provides the product with a groundbreaking technical advantage.
