The second phase of the expansion project at the strip production plant supplied to Vietnamese steelmaker Hoa Phat Group by Italian plant equipment supplier Danieli has been commissioned.
With the expansion project, the annual capacity of the plant, which produces medium and low carbon, MC HSLA and LC HSLA family steel grades, has reached 4 million mt. In addition, the installation of new equipment has been completed.
