By applying vacuum and closed casting technology together, unwanted gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen in alloy steels are effectively reduced, resulting in a more homogeneous internal structure, superior machinability, and high-performance final products.
According to Hasçelik, this production method will provide significant advantages in sectors where high strength, fatigue resistance, and machinability are critical, such as automotive, machinery manufacturing, aerospace, and energy.
The company emphasized that the process also represents an approach that reduces environmental impact, offers high energy efficiency, and ensures controlled production. Hasçelik stated that with new investments and technological infrastructure, it aims to set the production standards of the future.
