Galva Metal announces the end of its partnership with Wuppermann GmbH

Tolga Kısacıkoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Galva Metal, announced an important development of the company. Mr Kısacıkoğlu announced that their 35% partnership, which has lasted for more than 10 years, has ended as a result of the agreement with the German steel producer Wuppermann GmbH.

Stating that the main reason for this separation is the different views on the future goals of the company, Kısacıkoğlu stated that Wuppermann prefers to proceed on a more cautious path, but Galva Metal's investment and growth targets continue.

Tolga Kısacıkoğlu emphasised that the separation was amicable and that commercial activities with Wuppermann will continue and that the company will continue to work harder and smarter by focusing on its own investments. Kısacıkoğlu added that their excitement to develop, produce, work and create value together with the Galva family is the same as the first day.
