On February 5th, 2024, Ezz Steel Company unveiled a significant reduction in the prices of its rebar and flat steel products. The price of rebar has been adjusted to EGP 49,920 per ton, marking a notable decrease of EGP 5,360 compared to previous rates. Additionally, the price of flat steel now stands at EGP 53,740 per ton, reflecting an identical decrease of EGP 5,360 over the EXW, including value-added tax.
The decision to expand is believed to be influenced by global supply chain , fluctuating raw material costs, and evolving market demands.
