Evraz to sell the North American asset

The company, which plans to sell its North American division, has started collecting applications for asset purchases.

They stated that the sale of this asset will reveal the value of the North American Division as an independent company.

Applications were made in accordance with a license issued by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation.

Any possible transaction will require approvals at the legal and institutional level, compliance with sanctions legislation and approval from authorities including the OFSI.
