ERDEMİR published its integrated annual report for 2024

Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. (ERDEMİR) and its subsidiaries published the integrated annual report for 2024 on March 24, 2025.

According to the statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), 7 million 120 thousand tons of flat finished products were produced in 2024, while 965 thousand tons of long finished products were produced. 1 million 540 thousand tons of the production was exported.

Sales revenue of ERDEMİR and its subsidiaries amounted to USD 6 billion 225 million in 2024, while EBITDA amounted to USD 646 million.

ERDEMİR ranked 10th in ICI 500 and 17th in Capital 500.

“The Integrated Annual Report of Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2024 is attached hereto. The “Erdemir TSRS Report” and “İsdemir TSRS Report” sections of the Integrated Annual Report have been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards 1 “General Provisions on Disclosure of Sustainability-Related Financial Information” and Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards 2 “Climate-related Disclosures” published by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (“POA”) in the Official Gazette dated December 29, 2023 and numbered 32414(M).”
