Erciyas Steel Pipe Industry Inc. (Erciyas Çelik Boru Sanayi A.Ş.) announced in a filing with the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that the total value of its steel pipe supply orders under the "Sakarya–Kocaeli Provinces Drinking Water Transmission Line, Section 1 Construction Project," carried out by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) under Türkiye's Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, has reached approximately USD 15 million.
According to the company, the steel pipe supply orders for the project were awarded in two phases. Following the first phase received in May, the second phase has increased the total order value to around USD 15 million.
Under the contract, Erciyas Steel Pipe will manufacture and supply approximately 14,000 metres of steel pipe across the two phases.
The project is designed to transport raw water from the Ballıkaya Dam to the Hızırilyas Water Treatment Plant in Sakarya. As a strategic infrastructure investment aimed at meeting the region's long-term drinking water needs, the project will rely on steel pipes manufactured and delivered by Erciyas in line with the construction schedule.
The company stated that production and deliveries will be carried out according to the planned project timeline.
