According to the statement, the aim of this partnership is to contribute to the technological development of Türkiye by making advanced technology investments. At this point, Blacksteel Technology Investments plans to realise important projects in the light of these objectives.
In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (‘PDP’), the objectives of Blacksteel Technology Investments were listed as follows:
‘To develop new technologies through global innovation projects by combining the operational and production strengths, R&D & P&D experience, know-how in technology investments and advanced engineering capabilities of Çimtaş and Erciyas groups.
To make long-term strategic investments in technology companies established in Türkiye and abroad in high technology fields.
To realise successful initiatives in different technological fields, especially in the Hyperloop sector, by combining the strategic know-how and resources of both groups in the most efficient way.
To carry out project and R&D studies to be the joint developer and manufacturer of Hyperloop components, especially Hyperloop tubes/pipes, and the developer of Hyperloop concept and technology.
