Emirates Steel Arkan Company has announced that it will keep rebar prices unchanged for its May production. The decision comes amidst market challenges, including disruptions caused by the recent Eid holiday and record rains in cities across the UAE and Oman. Despite these obstacles, Emirates Steel Arkan remains committed to stability.
Rebar (10-40 mm) prices will remain at 2,744 dirhams ($747) per ton CPT Abu Dhabi and 2,752 dirhams ($749) per ton CPT Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates.
Emirates Steel Arkan’s commitment to maintaining stable prices reflects its dedication to supporting the construction industry and minimizing price volatility. As part of its social responsibility, the company absorbs part of the cost increases to ensure market stability.
