East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry announced today that it has signed a new contract with Abdullah Ibrahim Al Sayegh & Sons Company. The agreement, valued at over SAR 40 million including VAT ( USD 10.7 million), covers the manufacturing, supply, and external coating of steel pipes.
The project is set to last six months. The company expects the financial impact to be reflected in the third and fourth quarters of the 2025/2026 fiscal year.
East Pipes and Al Sayegh & Sons had previously collaborated on a major project. On May 14, 2023, they signed a supply agreement valued at around SAR 81 million (USD 21.6 million), covering steel water transmission pipelines for Petrojet.
Riyadh-based Abdullah Ibrahim Al Sayegh & Sons has been operating as a Saudi Infrastructure and Water Systems company since 1964. The company is a prominent contractor in water networks, treatment systems and necessary infrastructure projects.
