In the announcement, it was stated that the Board of Directors decided to increase the capital by 237 percent and the following statements were used;

Regarding the capital increase of our company's capital in cash; Based on the authorization given to our Board of Directors by Article 6 of our Articles of Association; it has been decided to increase our issued capital of TL 162,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 1,500,000,000 by approximately 237 % (TL 383,800,000) to TL 545,800,000 by meeting all of it in cash (in cash).
