China's 300 series steel stocks have started to decrease, the market is expected to switch to the optimistic side.
As of February 23, China's 300 series stainless steel stocks continued to gradually decrease, assuming that the supply of steel from steel producers was sufficient. The situation may be due to the fact that the demand of sub-industry buyers continues to increase. In addition, 430 cold-rolled product orders were placed at average levels. And, demand from abroad has also increased.
Most market participants are still taking a cautious attitude and adopting the manucafture-to-order (MTO) strategy. Although the market is still calm, it is expected to move to the optimistic side.
