The activity rate of China's steel pipe mills showed a downward trend in 2023. Until the previous week, more than 30 enterprises produced a total of 309,600 tons of steel pipes, less than in 2022.
Before September 2023, most pipe plants had started inspection and maintenance work to combat the low demand in the market.
When looking at pipe stocks, it was reported that the stock level is higher than in previous periods and therefore may cause pipe manufacturers to cut more supply.
