SPK, Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ'nin ise 399 milyon 24 bin 320 liralık bedelsiz sermaye artırımını onayladı.

Çemtaş Çelik Makina’nın bedelsiz sermaye artırımı onaylandı

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) haftalık bültenine göre, Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ'nin ise 399 milyon 24 bin 320 liralık bedelsiz sermaye artırımını onayladı. Çemtaş Makina'nın, 100.975.680 TL'lik sermayesini, tamamı kar payından karşılanmak suretiyle 399.024.320 TL yükselterek 500.000.000 TL'ye çıkaracak.
