The following statements were made in the statement made on KAP:

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 19.04.2023, it was announced to the public on 19.04.2023 that within the scope of the Capacity Increase and Modernization Projects Investment Plan, it was decided to invest in the construction of a warehouse building and stock area in the area belonging to our company in Kartepe district of Kocaeli province in order to create a place for new machines, to relieve the company order and to increase operational efficiency, and to authorize the General Manager of the Company to carry out the transactions and negotiations regarding the planned building and stock area project.

Within the framework of the investment plans in question, on 08.06.2023, it was decided to sign a contract with Gökçelik İnşaat San Tic Ltd. Şti. for the New Warehouse Building Steel Construction works (with a price of TL 17,100,000).
