Çelik Halat received an investment incentive certificate for KAM1 projects

Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayi A.Ş. made a statement to KAP regarding the investment incentive certificate within the scope of KAM1 projects.

The following statements were included in the statement:

Regarding our expansion investments within the scope of KAM1 projects to be made to the Production Facilities in Kocaeli Kartepe, an "Investment Incentive Certificate" with the support elements of VAT Exemption, Insurance Premium Employer Share Support, Tax Reduction, Customs Duty Exemption with Document No. 554278, amounting to 260.071.647 TL, has been obtained from the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology - General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital. The expiration date of the said document is 18.04.2026, and since the items subject to incentives include long-term potential investments, it will be decided in the process whether to make the relevant investment and whether to extend the incentive period by evaluating the economic conditions of the day and the financial situation of the company.
