Çebitaş resumed production after a 2-month break

Çebitaş, operating in Aliağa, İzmir, resumed rebar production after a two-month production break. While the company started production with rebar in the 8-10 mm range, it plans to switch to the production of thick materials in the range of 12-14 mm in the future, depending on market demand.

Since 1981, Çebitaş has been operating in the iron and steel industry and has consolidated its strength in the sector as one of Türkiye's leading rebar producers. Producing high quality rebar in its modern facilities in Aliağa, Çebitaş maintains its standard in the sector by producing without compromising on quality.

Çebitaş produces concast steel billets in diameters of 100, 120, 130 and 150 mm and ribbed deformed bars in diameters of 8-40 mm.

The company uses modern methods such as EAO (75 tons), ladle furnace (75 tons) and continuous casting, hot drawing and continuous rolling in its production technology.
