On October 12, 2023, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices of certain concrete rebar imports from Algeria by Tosyalı Iron Steel Industry Algerie.
If the exporter fails to respond to the CBSA's request for information by the deadline, any previous normal value issued will be revoked, and the normal value applicable to the goods exported by Tosyalı will be determined by increasing the export price by 20.3%.
