Brazil's wire rod exports and imports decreased in October

In October this year, Brazilian wire rod exports fell by 59.2% to around 9,300 tons.

Exports to the US amounted to about 5,600 tons, and to South American countries to about 3,600 tons.

Wire rod imports down by 28.8% m/m

Brazil's wire rod imports decreased by 28.8% mom to around 30,000 tons. Imports from China and Egypt totaled around 27,000 tons and 1,100 tons, respectively.
