BlueScope has been cyber-attacked.

BlueScope Steel was affected by the cyber attack that caused the closure of operations worldwide. 

The cyber attack brought all of BlueScope Steel's production systems to a halt. BlueScope Steel was subjected to a cyber attack, forcing its production systems to shut down company-wide. BlueScope suffered a cyber attack last week.

Production systems were discontinued company-wide. The company did not disclose the cause of the attack. Tania Archibald, chief financial officer at BlueScope, said the company is turning to manual operations as much as possible, but some processes, such as steel shipments, are continuing as normal. "We take this attack extremely seriously. " he said. " Our employees work diligently to protect and restore our systems.

Michael Raey, BlueScope's chief business officer, said steel production was underway in Port Kembla, but the hot strip plant was temporarily disrupted. "It will continue to work again," he said.
