BE Group, an independent company offering efficient distribution and value-added manufacturing of steels such as stainless steel and aluminium for industrial companies in Europe, has announced the acquisition of Lecor, a leading manufacturer of prefabricated steel structures.
The acquisition is planned to be realised in Q3 2011 as an expansion project in rebar production capacity.
This ongoing project has helped to strengthen and expand the production service offering to meet the growing demand for steel frames in the construction industry in Sweden and to create new opportunities for competitive deliveries of advanced steel structures.
