Battery production in China increased by 229 percent

The battery volume produced by China for the operation of new energy vehicles increased by 229.2 percent in November compared to the same month of the previous year, reaching 17.8 gigawatt hours.

Data from the China Automotive Battery Innovation Association show that the production of lithium-ironphosphate batteries reached 17.8 gigawatt hours in the past month, increasing by 229.2 percent compared to the previous year.

On the other hand, the China Automobile Manufacturers Association (CAAM) announced that the number of sales of new energy vehicles reached 450 thousand in November, increasing by 121.1 percent compared to the previous year.

According to the Association data, the number of new-energy vehicles sold in the January-November period of the year was around 2.99 million units, which represents an increase of 166.8 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, and an increase of 12.7% of the total new vehicles sold in China. corresponds to one share.
