It was decided to impose definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of “non-coiled hot-rolled flat steel (heavy plate)” from South Korea.
The Ministry of Trade’s “Communiqué on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports” was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
The communiqué sets out the decision taken following the completion of the anti-dumping investigation into imports of “non-coiled hot-rolled flat steel (heavy plate)” from South Korea.
The investigation determined that imports of this product were dumped and caused injury to the domestic industry.
Accordingly, definitive anti-dumping duties will be imposed on imports of the product, ranging from 4.34%, 4.37%, to 9.40% of the CIF value, depending on the company.
