Anti-dumping decision from South Korea on stainless steel plates originating from Japan

The Commission determined that the termination of the existing AD measure would not result in the continuation or re-emergence of injury to the South Korean domestic industry. In this regard, the KTC recommended to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance the cancellation of the anti-dumping measure for stainless steel plates originating in Japan.

The products included in the scope of this review are classified under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position (GTIP) codes 7219.21.1010, 7219.21.1090, 7219.21.9000, 7219.22.1010, 7219.22.1090 and 7219.22.9000.

The third AD review was initiated by South Korea on 10 March 2023.
