The agreement made with CERI Technology Company Limited, the project leader, signifies an important collaboration both technically and strategically.
The new production line will be implemented as part of Hebei MFG’s precision alloyed colored coating industrial park project. With an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons, the line will primarily focus on the manufacturing of galvanized aluminum-silicon coated steel sheets. This type of coating offers superior corrosion resistance and high surface quality, making it suitable for applications requiring both aesthetics and durability, such as exterior panels in the home appliance and automotive industries.
While CERI will provide the mechanical terminal and final processing sections of the project, ANDRITZ will take responsibility for supplying the annealing furnace, one of the line’s most critical components. Leveraging its many years of experience, ANDRITZ’s furnaces for continuous annealing and galvanizing lines offer advantages such as high operational flexibility, precise temperature control, long-lasting radiant tubes, stable coating quality, and advanced air tightness.
With this new order, ANDRITZ strengthens its strong position in the global metal processing industry while also initiating its collaboration with Hebei MFG. Although the financial value of the order has not been disclosed, the project has been included in ANDRITZ’s order portfolio for the third quarter of 2025.
