Other agreements include shaping and galvanizing services with China’s Shanxi Installation Group, spare parts supply with Algeria FAW Trucks Industries, as well as spare parts supply with Mansour EMGS Algeria and a representation agreement with CFTS Senegal for West African markets.

Another subsidiary, ENCC, led by CEO Arabat Said, will collaborate with China’s Algeria FAW Trucks Industries on truck chassis production. Fondal, under the leadership of CEO Ghnayat Abdelhakim, signed a preliminary agreement to establish a local production unit and commercial representation in Senegal and West Africa.

These agreements are expected to strengthen Algeria’s industrial cooperation, increase production and export capacity, and create both direct and indirect employment at local and regional levels.
