During the ceremony, Fouad Rwaïnia, CEO of SNS subsidiary Anabib, signed a series of preliminary protocols with international partners. Anabib Spa will cooperate with Egypt-based Elsewedy Electric on irrigation and agricultural infrastructure projects. An agreement with China’s Sarl Habicare covers galvanizing services, with total production planned at 110,000 tons and the first shipment expected to reach 6,000 tons.

Other agreements include shaping and galvanizing services with China’s Shanxi Installation Group, spare parts supply with Algeria FAW Trucks Industries, as well as spare parts supply with Mansour EMGS Algeria and a representation agreement with CFTS Senegal for West African markets.

Another subsidiary, ENCC, led by CEO Arabat Said, will collaborate with China’s Algeria FAW Trucks Industries on truck chassis production. Fondal, under the leadership of CEO Ghnayat Abdelhakim, signed a preliminary agreement to establish a local production unit and commercial representation in Senegal and West Africa.

These agreements are expected to strengthen Algeria’s industrial cooperation, increase production and export capacity, and create both direct and indirect employment at local and regional levels.
