Al Yamamah Steel announced that it has signed a contract with China’s SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co. for the supply of steel wind towers for two separate projects, with a total value of SAR 68.66 million (USD 18.31 million).
According to the agreement, the company will supply towers worth SAR 35.7 million (USD 9.53 million) for the Al Ghat Wind Farm and SAR 32.96 million (USD 8.78 million) for the Waad Al Shamal Wind Farm.
Deliveries are set to begin in August 2025, with both contracts having a duration of six months.
Al Yamamah Steel stated that the financial impact of the contracts will be reflected in its financial statements in the third quarter of 2025.
