Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company announced that it has signed two new contracts worth a total of SAR 207.08 million (USD 55.2 million) with Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia. In a statement to the Tadawul stock exchange on Wednesday, the company said both contracts involve the supply of steel towers for 380 kV high-voltage transmission line projects.
The first contract, valued at SAR 100.64 million (USD 26.8 million), covers the supply of steel towers for a 380 kV transmission line project in the central region over a one-year period. The second contract, worth SAR 106.43 million (USD 28.3 million), includes the supply of towers for another similar high-voltage project in the same area.
According to the company, the financial impact of the two agreements will begin to appear in the first quarter of 2026, with deliveries scheduled to start in March 2026.
