Notable among these projects are the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway, as well as the Kambarata HPP-1 and Chatkal HPP hydroelectric power plants.

The construction of the new automobile plant begun in May 2023 and will have a production capacity of 10,000 vehicles annually, contributing to job creation with over 1,000 permanent positions.
