247TailorSteel opens new plant in the Netherlands

With a production area of 40,000 m², the factory in Oud Gastel near Roosendaal is now the company's largest plant. The factory was reinforced with five laser cutting machines, four bending machines, four tube laser cutting machines and two deburring machines. The second location in the Netherlands will mainly serve customers in the southern Netherlands and northern Belgium.

According to previous announcements, this facility will eventually have 16 laser cutting machines, ten tube lasers and 12 bending machines. The internal logistics processes are carried out by automated guided vehicles that automatically transport sheet metal and tubes to the support arm of the laser cutting machines.

With the opening of the new facility in its current form, 247TailorSteel's machine range has expanded to include more than 50 laser cutting machines, 40 bending machines and 20 tube laser cutting machines. The company has further plans for a production facility in Austria and another production facility in Germany.
