The 15th Arab Steel Summit conference was attended by representatives of ambassadors of Arab countries and representatives of ministries, Arab steel company, regional and international organization, technology equipment supplier, consultant, analyst and many leading investors.
At the conference, Awwad Al Khaldi, President of the Arab Iron and Steel Union, drew attention to many issues, such as the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war and the increase in energy prices, the importance of cooperation in the protection of national products and the expansion of the production of value-added steel products, a large part of which is still imported from abroad.
Dr. Kamel Djoudi, Secretary General of the Arab Iron and Steel Association, stated that the Arab Steel Summit is one of the largest conferences that gathers all Arab iron and steel companies under one roof.
