Esas Holding, Türkiye'deki Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Pizza Hut ve Pizza Hut Delivery restoranlarının hisselerini almak için Rekabet Kurumu'na başvuruda bulundu.

Esas Holding, KFC ve Pizza Hut'ı Almak İçin Rekabet'e Başvurdu

Rekabet Kurumu'nun resmi web sitesinde yayımlanan duyuruya göre, merkezi İstanbul'da bulunan ve Türkiye genelinde KFC, Pizza Hut ve Pizza Hut Delivery restoranlarını işletmekte olan Turkent Gıda ve Turizm Sanayi Anonim Şirketi'nin tüm hisselerinin, merkezi İstanbul'da bulunan Esas Holding Anonim Şirketi ve hissedarları tarafından devralınması için başvuruda bulunuldu.
