ERDEMİR made an update on the lawsuit filed by Bor-San Isı Sistemleri Üretim ve Pazarlama A.Ş. with the Public Disclosure Platform ("PDP").
Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları (ERDEMİR) notified the Public Disclosure Platform ( PDP) that Bor-San Isı Sistemleri Üretim ve Pazarlama A.Ş. filed a lawsuit against ERDEMİR on April 17, 2013 at Kdz. Ereğli 3rd Civil Court of First Instance on 17.04.2013 with the file numbered 2013/253, the plaintiff requested the court to increase the value of the lawsuit to 10,837,801.69.-TL in line with the expert report submitted to the file, then Erdemir's objection was accepted and the objections made by the other party after the court decision in favor of the company and made statements about the process.
While the trial process continues, Kdz. Ereğli 3rd Civil Court of First Instance decided to hold the next hearing on 27.12.2023.
