EPDK'dan Enerjisa'nın Hisse Devrine Onay

Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurulu (EPDK), Enerjisa Başkent Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ ile Enerjisa Elektrik Perakende Satış AŞ'nin dolaylı ortaklık yapısının hisse devri yoluyla değişmesini onayladı.

EPDK'dan Enerjisa'nın Hisse Devrine Onay

EPDK'dan edinilen bilgiye göre, Kurul, Enerjisa Başkent Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ ile Enerjisa Elektrik Perakende Satış AŞ'nin dolaylı ortaklık yapısının hisse devrini görüştü.
Değerlendirmelerin ardından Kurul, Enerjisa Başkent Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ ile Enerjisa Elektrik Perakende Satış AŞ'nin dolaylı ortaklık yapısının hisse devri yoluyla değişmesine ve bu çerçevede Eon iştiraki olan DD Turkey Holdings S.a r.l'nin bu şirketlerin sermayesinde yüzde 50 oranında dolaylı paya sahip olmasına onay verdi.
