İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi daha önce 2 defa ihaleye çıkardığı ancak hiçbir firmanın teklif vermediği Ege Mahallesi kentsel dönüşüm ihalesi için 3'üncü kez 7 Eylül'de ihaleye çıkıyor.

Ege Mahallesi Kentsel Dönüşüm Projesi İçin 3. Kez İhale Yapılacak

İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Ege Mahallesi (Kuruçay Mahallesi) I. Etap Kat Karşılığı Anahtar Teslimi İnşaat ihalesi 7 eylülde yapılacak.

İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi 851 konut ve 60 ticari birimin inşa edileceği kentsel dönüşüm projesnin birinci etabı için daha önce 2 kez ihaley çıkmış amcak iki ihaleye de katılan bir tek firma olmamıştı. Büyükşehir'in 7 eylülde yapacağı 3. ihalede şartlarda herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmadı. İhalenin muhammen bedeli 332 milyon 729 bin TL olarak açıklandı.
