EEC extends AD measure on stainless steel seamless pipes from China and Malaysia

On 26 September 2023, the European Economic Community's Internal Market Defense Office extended the validity of the existing 19.15% anti-dumping duty (AD) on cold-formed stainless steel seamless pipes imported from China and Malaysia until 5 March 2024. This decision was made on September 25, 2023 and will not come into force before December 11, 2023. The decision will take effect 30 calendar days from the date notification is published.
