China has extended anti-dumping measures on stainless steel products imported from three countries

According to the announcement published by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, as a result of the final review investigation conducted on the products in question, it was determined that if the anti-dumping measures are lifted, dumping and damage to the domestic industry are likely to continue or re-occur.

According to the Ministry's decision, anti-dumping duties on the following countries and companies will be effective as of July 1, 2025:

For all companies originating in the European Union and the United Kingdom: 43.0%

For South Korean companies:

• POSCO Co., Ltd: 23.1
• Other South Korean companies: 103.1%

For all Indonesian companies: 20.2%

Products subject to the tax include cold-rolled stainless steel billet and hot-rolled stainless steel plate/roll products made of alloy steel with a carbon content of 1.2% or less and a chromium content of 10.5% or more.
