Çemtaş Çelik announced its third quarter balance sheets

Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. published its financial results for the third quarter of 2024.

According to the notification made by Çemtaş Çelik to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company announced a loss of 57 million TL (57,274,639 TL) in the first 9 months of 2023. A total loss of 18 million TL (18,899,152 TL) was determined for the period between 01.01.2024 - 30.09.2024.

The company reported a net loss of TRY44 million (TRY44,912,460) for the quarter. 

Çemtaş generated TL 5 trillion (TL 5,179,823,007) in sales revenues in the first nine months of last year, compared to TL 4 trillion (TL 4,348,221,779) this year. While operating profit was 944 million TL (944,088,759 TL) in the same period last year, this figure dropped to 618 million TL (618,444,154 TL) in 2024. Thus, operating profit decreased by 34%.

Moreover, the company's revenues declined by 16%  and shareholders' equity declined by and 1% year-on-year.
