In June 2023, Brazil's pig iron exports amounted to 247,500 tons. In May, this figure was 419,200 tons.
Exports to the US were 207,100 tons ($506 per ton), Argentina 22,600 tons ($477 per ton), Canada 8,800 tons ($487 per ton), the Netherlands 5,000 tons ($580 per ton) and Asia 3,500 tons ($571 per ton).
