Brazil increased production of semi-finished steel products by 28.7% in February

Of the total volume of February 2023, 752 thousand tons were slab, with an increase of 40.4% compared to February 2022, and billet - 33 thousand tons with a decrease of 55.7%.

Brazilian steel producers produced 1.644 million tons of semi-finished products in the first two months of this year, up 16.9% from 1.407 million tons during the same time last year.
