BİST, İzmir Demir Çelik'e 3 Ay Süreyle Tedbir Getirdi

Borsa İstanbul, Piyasalarda Uygulanacak Gözetim Tedbirleri Yönergesi'nin ilgili maddeleri kapsamında bir hissede 3 ay süreyle tedbir kararı alındığını duyurdu.

Konuyla ilgili Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) yer alan açıklamaya göre, Tedbir Yönetim Sistemi kapsamında İzmir Demir Çelik (IZMDC) pay piyasasında gerçekleşen işlemler nedeniyle hissede 7 Ocak 2020 tarihinden itibaren 3 ay süreyle "Açığa Satış ve Kredili İşlem Yasağı", "Brüt Takas" ile "İnternetten Emir İletilmesinin Kısıtlanması" önleyici tedbirleri uygulanacak.

Açıklamaya göre, tedbirlerin son uygulanacağı tarih ise 6 Nisan 2020 olacak.
