BAE's leading steelmaker Emirates Steel has lowered its rebar offers for September 21 sales due to low demand.

BAE lowers rebar offers for September deliveries

BAE's leading steelmaker Emirates Steel has reduced its rebar offers by $95/ton a month for September 21 sales due to low demand. According to sources, revised offers for rebar fell to $710/t exw from $805/t exw in August.

Emirates Steel is the Middle East's leading rebar producer with an annual output of approximately 2 million mn.
