Ataşehir'e 1 Milyar Dolarlık Yatırım

Ataşehir’de Kent Plus projesiyle 2 binin üzerinde konut üreten Emay İnşaat, yine aynı bölgede inşa ettiği yeni projesi Brandium’un kaba inşaatının yüzde 70’ini tamamladı. Emay İnşaat ve Erko Grup ortaklığında 1 milyar dolarlık yatırımla inşa edilen projedeki otel için ünlü bir turizm grubuyla anlaşma sağlanma aşamasına gelinirken, 2013’ün ilk çeyreğinde açılacak olan AVM’de kiralama tamamlandı.
