ArcelorMittal Poland appointed Wojciech Koszuta as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors

The Supervisory Board also appointed Sanjay Samaddar as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Sanjay Samaddar replaces Augustine Kochuparampil, who was appointed deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Sanjay Samaddar emphasized, “I am exceptionally privileged to have been associated with ArcelorMittal Poland for 20 glorious years, in various roles as CEO and chairman of the Board of Directors. The 20 years jubilee, which we celebrated this year was a perfect opportunity for summing up these two decades, during which we have tried to play a leading role in the development of the steel industry in Poland - despite crises and challenging market situations. I would like to convey my thanks to all my wonderful colleagues who have supported me throughout my tenure.” Samaddar also stated his happiness for Wojciech in his new role and his support for him.
